Creations by Nash is a brand of Nash Enterprises (GSTIN 33APFPA6537A1ZK). By using this site you agree to these terms. Your quotation and the agreement we sign with you set out the details of any project.

Our work. Films, designs, case studies and websites shown here belong to Creations by Nash and the clients who commissioned them. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Results. Campaign results are figures from the named client's accounts for the period described. Results differ for every business and are not a promise of future results.

Quotations. We email a quotation after a short call. Prices depend on what you need and where you are based. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. GST applies as set out in the quotation.

Payment. Our fees are paid in advance. Ad spend on Meta and Google is paid by you directly to the platform, separately from our fee. Extra work outside the agreed scope is billed as agreed with you before we start.

Minimum term. Monthly plans have a three-month minimum. After that, either side can end the plan with one month's notice.

Revisions. Up to five revisions per deliverable, unless your quotation says otherwise.

What we need from you. Your footage, assets and approvals, on time. Work cannot be published until you approve it.

Ownership. You own the final files once you have paid in full. We keep the raw files. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing that we should not.

Client portal. Access is for the email addresses we have registered. Approving a post in the portal records who approved it and when, and authorises us to publish it.
