This site collects only what you choose to send us and one anonymous number.

Contact form. The name, email, phone, business and message you type are stored so we can reply. We do not sell them. They are stored with Google Firebase and the site is hosted on Vercel.

Call-back requests. If you ask us to call you back, we store your name and mobile number so we can phone you about your enquiry.

Email sign-in link. For a full quotation we send a one-time sign-in link to your email, so we know the address is yours.

Client login. Clients sign in with Google, a one-time code sent by SMS to their mobile number, or an email link. We store the email address or mobile number you sign in with, and your access request, so we can approve you. We keep the approvals, comments and files in your portal so both sides have a record.

Where it is kept. Enquiries and portal records are stored with Google Firebase. The site is hosted on Vercel. We use your details only to reply to you and to prepare your quotation.

Visit counter. The footer shows a single anonymous total of visits. It is counted once per browser session and stores no personal details. Visitors with Do Not Track on are not counted.

Videos and links. Reels on this site are our own work for our clients. Links to Instagram and other sites are governed by those sites' policies.
